is the price of success?
 For most of us, success, however we choose to measure it,
comes at a price. We often find we can’t spend time with our
families due to job constraints. Or we can’t be physically
active or eat properly due to the time pressures placed on
us by the general pace of modern life. As teenagers we think
that to be successful at school may mean our social life
isn’t what we’d like it to be. We have no time for fun. The
list goes on and on.
At True Balance Coaching we believe it is
possible to achieve success at whatever level we choose, and
it is possible to do this while maintaining a healthy
perspective. There will always be trade-offs and
compromises, but these can be done in the context of a
larger picture, a picture that has been planned to give due
attention to all of its facets, a balanced composition. At
True Balance Coaching we believe that we can work on the
picture and maintain balance while we do it.
